WellbeSync provides a gym and fitness business management platform, including but not limited to member management, billing and payments, scheduling, staff and attendance tracking, reporting, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Your Data and Compliance
