No. WellbeSync is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without penalty. We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because you're locked in.
An active member is anyone with a current, active membership or punch card. We don't charge for leads, cancelled members, or archived profiles.
Pricing is based on your plan tier, which defines limits for gyms, users, and members. Choose the plan that fits your scale; we offer free trial and flexible upgrades.
No hidden fees. Plan pricing is transparent. For custom or enterprise needs, we can discuss one-time onboarding or migration support.
Yes. Annual billing often comes with a discount (e.g. pay for 10 months, get 12). Contact us or check the pricing page for current offers.
