What counts as an active member?
An active member is anyone with a current, active membership or punch card. We don't charge for leads, cancelled members, or archived profiles.
Do you charge per location or per member?
Our pricing is primarily per location, with member tiers. If you have multiple locations, you'll need a subscription for each, but we offer volume discounts for chains.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Prorated charges will be applied automatically.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees for Free and Silver plans. For Gold plans with custom migration needs, there might be a one-time onboarding fee.
